Trowbridge Museum offers a high quality learning and outreach service for a range of users including schools and colleges, care and residential homes, children’s groups and we offer a year round programme of history, textiles, art and craft sessions, holiday activities for children and families and talks, memory sessions and craft morning for adults, older people and adults with various disabilities. From June 2018 the Museum will be closed to the public whilst it undergoes the Onwards and Upwards redevelopment and expansion, and will reopen in the spring of 2020. During this time our Learning and Outreach service will continue to provide high quality workshops, activites and events. These will be available as outreach sessions for schools and at various venues around the town for informal activities, etc. During the closedown we will be developing a series of new activities, workshops and offerings so that when the new Museum opens in 2020 we can provides an even more comprehensive service.

We have updated our pricing from April 2018 after three years of no increases. Whilst we put up prices a small amount these will be valid for the next two years, and for schools we will hold our new prices until April 2021. You can find details of our prices here.
