Saturday 25th May, 10.30 – 3.30
Join the Museum’s Learning and Outreach Officer, David Birks, for a day of drawing and printmaking in the lovely surroundings of the Sensory Garden (located behind the Town Hall). We’ll be drawing natural forms, trees, flowers, etc. and translating these into mono-prints. The workshop is suitable for ages 16+ and costs £12 per person which includes all materials.
As well as the working in Museum education David is a practising artist and printmaker – you can see examples of his work at www.david.birks.com.
