Join the Museum’s Learning and Outreach Officer for a short series of three talks on Thursday evenings covering various aspects of the Town’s history. The first talk – A History of Trowbridge – takes place on 8th February and will be followed by 1000 Years of Warp and Weft on the 19th April and Trowbridge Spitfires on the 24th May. The talks will draw on images and objects from the Museum’s collections and there will be items to handle from the handling collection. The second talk includes a short demonstration on the hand loom. Each talk costs just £7 and includes refreshments – book at Ticketsource.

The Museum will be open from 7pm – please access the Shires using the ASDA entrance. Parking is available in the ASDA car park after 8pm. The Museum has wheelchair access. Please notify us if you have mobility issues – 01225 751339.

Please note: The workshops are subject to change. In the event of a cancelled workshop or event a full refund will be given. If you need to cancel your booking, refunds (minus the Ticketsource admin fee) will only be given if we receive a minimum of one week’s notice.
