May Half Term Holidays:

Wednesday 29th May: Biff Bats (in The Shires Shopping Centre)
We’ll be settling into one of our temporary homes for a day of Biff Bat decorating. A biff bat, for those that aren’t familiar with the term, is a wooden paddle onto which a ball is attached with a length of elastic. This drop-in is free and suitable for all the family, also childminding groups are welcome to attend.
Drop-in from 10.30 – 12.30 and 1.30 – 3.30 – Space is limited and we may be full at times – please bear with us. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Friday 31st May: Spring Flowers (in the Guide Hut)
Today we are making spring flowers out of willow withies and tissue paper – a bit like in the picture, only a bit! It’s a very wet and sticky activity and not really suitable for large childminding groups, younger children will require plenty of support.
Drop-in from 10.30 – 3.30 – please note that there may be some times during the day when the room is full or we have set aside some time for SEN children.
Suitable for ages 5+. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have SEN children who would benefit from a more relaxed and quieter environment please get in touch and we can set aside some time for you. Call David on 01225 751339 or email him on
